The company allows employees to bring pets to work, provided that their pets are well-behaved. There have been reports of owners not cleaning up after their pets or of pets being too noisy. One benefit is that the company’s bonus system is quite generous, although few employees manage to qualify for it.
1. Please consider carefully whether the high salary is accurately reported.
2. Performance must be monitored every day, including during holidays and weekends; if traffic declines, you will be called in for a discussion.
3. Some colleagues’ character... requires careful observation.
4. High turnover, yet the company is constantly recruiting new employees.
5. Limited learning opportunities.
