I can't think of anything positive....

Regarding company policies and systems:

1. Everyone is provided with a laptop and can connect to the company's systems via VPN from home. However, because you did not clock in at the office, any work done at home does not count as overtime. Being required to work from home during long weekends and the Lunar New Year holiday is also commonplace.

2. Taking leave means “backing yourself up.” Even if you have gastroenteritis, are vomiting and experiencing diarrhea, and have to go to the emergency room, you still have to remember to open your laptop and work.

3. The payment of quarterly bonuses is getting later and later, while the amounts keep getting lower.

4. Responsibilities are poorly defined. Departments often argue over who is responsible for a particular matter, but after lengthy arguments, there is still no resolution whenever the issue comes up.

Regarding unit management:

1. The unit has no handover or training SOPs, and the supervisor is less familiar with the work than a new employee like you.

2. Work is distributed unevenly. Some colleagues are assigned jobs with no activities, while others are assigned work that keeps them busy to the point of exhaustion. When performance evaluations are conducted, the former score better than the latter, and the supervisor even tells everyone to follow their example.

3. The supervisor likes to make discriminatory remarks, to the point where they could be reported, yet still believes they are in the right.
