None; a very poor, very small company.

1. At first, they said the working hours were flexible, and arriving between 9:30 and 10:00 counted as being on time. Later, however, arriving before 10:00 was criticized as being late. They did not make things clear at the beginning and only started nitpicking afterward.

2. No overtime pay.

3. The work involved translation and editing, while the supervisor was responsible for proofreading. However, the supervisor’s English was terrible and they could not tell whether the translation was correct. In addition, the supervisor had multiple roles, so tasks were often left until the last minute, resulting in constant overtime while waiting for the supervisor. It was extremely inefficient—an amateur leading a professional.

4. At first, they agreed that the probationary salary would be 30,000, with an increase to 35,000 after one month. However, when I asked about this the following month, the boss became extremely angry, as though employees had no right to discuss their salaries. Unfortunately, we did not sign a clear written contract at the beginning.

5. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this company. Jobs paying 30,000 are not difficult to find, so there is no need to go to this company to be mistreated.
