Are there any pros?
The company isn’t small—about 100 employees—and the office and factory are in the same location. It is a traditional industry business. The interview lasted three hours and seemed like a pleasant conversation, but in reality they sent me a silent rejection. Their hiring standards are clearly quite strict. To put it plainly, the company’s prospects may be worrying; otherwise, this sort of thing probably would not happen. The interviewer also revealed several drawbacks:
1. In traditional industries, women are treated like men, and men are treated like beasts. (The interviewer said this themselves.)
2. The upper management’s thinking is traditional.
3. They seem to like hiring women, but the last few young women all left. (The interviewer said this themselves.)
4. You have to put up with the factory technicians’ crude behavior.
The above is an entirely truthful account of the interview process, with absolutely no intent to smear the company. If any of it is false or fabricated, may heaven punish me.
