1. Although overtime pay is provided in accordance with the law, applying for it will attract attention from management, ultimately making people afraid to apply. You also have to manually adjust abnormal attendance records (being at the company without applying for overtime).
2. There is an evaluation every six months, but because there are so many long-serving employees above you, promotion is extremely difficult.
3. As long as you do what you are told, that’s enough. If you have too many ideas of your own, your manager may think you are trying to replace him, while your colleagues may worry that you will surpass them, and they will treat you as an outsider.
