The first stage is with HR, and you must take a written test first (it feels roughly like an IQ test).
If you don’t pass, you are eliminated immediately; only those who pass proceed to an interview with HR.
After that, you will be taken to have a second interview on the same day with the department that opened the position.
Afterward, you may have another interview with the department’s top-level manager (I remember it being the deputy general manager).
The starting salary for a general university graduate is approximately NT$27,000–29,000. However, if you graduated from a national university or have professional certifications (such as LOMA, life insurance manager, underwriting, or claims personnel certifications, etc.), remember to negotiate with them for a salary increase; otherwise, you really won’t get one.
The starting salary for a master’s degree graduate is approximately NT$37,000–39,000.
For the deputy general manager’s interview, you have to write an essay.
