Pros
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; it’s also nice that meetings and classes held on holidays can be exchanged for compensatory leave.
As long as you do your assigned work, push everything to your supervisor to decide. It’s recommended to stay out of trouble to get a good performance review.
Cons
The atmosphere and personnel organization are both toxic.
The turnover rate is higher than the new-hire onboarding rate.
They don’t trust professionals.
There is no professionally qualified management team.
