Some colleagues are very nice, and the work environment is pleasant—small and cozy (referring only to the physical work environment).
The bonuses given for the three major holidays are generous. Since the company is not large, everyone feels very comfortable interacting with one another.
The company has a high turnover rate; people who are disliked almost always leave (whether they are fired or resign on their own).
The supervisor is extremely emotional, and you can often feel like you are being caught in the crossfire.
When things are going well, everything seems good and the attitude is also pleasant; when things are going badly, the attitude and words can make people very uncomfortable.
Crude language is also common, sometimes with contradictory messages—listen to what you want to hear and believe whom you choose to believe.
Although the company is small, there are still people who play mind games and scheme against others.
