The position I applied for was a design role. The work processes were defined very chaotically, and there was little precedent for many tasks. Props and equipment were also extremely inadequate. Basically, the company is still in its pioneering stage. If you really want to learn things or start from scratch, this is a good place to hone your skills. However, if you cannot accept this kind of environment or tolerate the company’s poorly defined processes, do not apply to this company...
