Staffing has been cut to the point that the workload exceeds what can be reasonably handled. In addition, salaries in southern Taiwan are truly pitiful, so employees cannot feel a normal workplace atmosphere.

This has evolved into employees lacking a sense of belonging, merely waiting for the end of the workday, and acting without a sense of responsibility.

The company is thus facing serious internal and external problems with no remedy in sight (talking about the future all day while being unable to resolve the present).

Both its soft and hard capabilities still require more improvement than those of its competitors.

Most importantly, responses to feedback are often canned replies, and sometimes do not even address the questions. Many questions raised in meetings cannot be answered.

If the company wants to attract customers through variety, that must also be built on a solid foundation.
