When I asked the company about compensation for working overtime on weekends, HR said that “the entire company” chooses compensatory leave, and overtime pay cannot be claimed. They also said that the number of hours of compensatory leave is the same as the number of overtime hours worked, without calculating overtime hours according to the method for working on rest days specified in Article 24 of the Labor Standards Act.
