Really good at blocking frontline workers from taking annual leave...
The catchphrase of HR and frontline supervisors.....
If you don't use all your annual leave, they'll pay you for it...
It's 1.66 times your hourly wage, not double time for holidays....
Workers don't have the option not to take it....
If you want to take annual leave.. you may have to trade overtime for it
