During the interview, HR went over the company's types of leave and policies with me one by one using a form. There are two days off per week, and public holidays are also off. The systems, benefits, and policies are fairly detailed.

The manager who conducted the interview was also very talkative and lively.

There are many products, so if you really love printing, you should be able to learn quite a bit?

I don't know if it's because this is a traditional industry, but I felt it was somewhat like a responsibility-based system? (During the interview, HR did state that they hoped employees would finish the day's work before leaving, but I had no way of knowing how much work could actually be completed that day.

However, this point was not mentioned during my interview with the manager.)

Some types of leave require using annual leave to make up the difference, and I personally feel that some of the policies do not quite match what I expected.
