Pros
The interviewer just chatted; the interview was very relaxed.
Cons
The aptitude test in the written exam was extremely tedious.
They asked about family background in such detail that they even discussed family members’ relationships.
With one year of experience, they only offered 39K + 5K for the non-compete clause.
Overtime is compensated with time off in lieu.
