The boss really likes doing charity work

The salary is just base pay + allowance + a 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus, with labor and health insurance premiums deducted as well. Overtime is calculated based on the base pay and allowance, and being late twice results in a 2,000 deduction. The pay is not high. The interviewers were all women, and I gave up when I thought about being managed by women in the future. I suggest looking for jobs in the Southern Taiwan Science Park or the Lujhu Industrial Park instead.
