Pros

Upper management is not proactive, so the work pressure is not too high

The receptionists are all pretty good-looking

If you don’t flatter people or put on a show, you can leave work on time at six

Improved my ability to recognize lies

Trained my self-control against the temptation of illusory promises

Cons

I guess I should explain what the company has left..........

People: A backache-ridden manager with very poor logic who rambles incoherently in meetings (takes subordinates’ credit and tells upper management how wonderful and hard-working he is; sleeps at work; the truth about his overtime is that he doesn’t want to go home, so he deliberately stays to make it look like he is working hard for the company, but when he tells the story, it becomes him laboring tirelessly for the public good); a procurement employee who prioritizes handling their wedding during work hours over factory purchase orders; the infighting between the two second-generation members of the Chen family (the elder chairman’s successor has left); undercurrents between the second and third chairmen behind the scenes; and HR personnel who keep changing and side with management.

The company: Salaries that are only enough to buy cheap bread from the Carrefour downstairs for all three meals so you don’t end up eating dirt; the company’s IPO promise (always next year); shares received in lieu of payment that are practically good for nothing; an ISO certification that took ages to complete; a pile of unfinished projects; the Ink Division, which once appeared with great ambition (of course it was shut down to “cut losses” after the second-generation members all left); piles of returned machines and ink; beautiful office space in a building in Xizhi Technology Park (87% of the space is unused, so you can ride scooters around); lots of meetings that could be held but never reach any conclusions; and unpaid weekend overtime to “weather the hard times together.”

I stayed too long and have seen enough of the world. If you have little self-respect, sky-high inferiority complexes, and insufficient ability but just want to scrape by, welcome to the Jintai family!!!
