A very flat organizational structure that appears harmonious
After working for a year, you may receive a raise ranging from 0 to 1,000
You may be “warmly greeted” by LINE messages on holidays
There is no clear promotion system
(Those who know how to get things done but do not know how to claim credit receive no reasonable rewards, because the company has no system.)
Promotions and similar increases in workload also require frequent overtime (A 1,000-dollar raise—how wonderful.)
