As a part-time worker, you have a split shift from 11:00–2:00 and 5:00–8:00. You can eat and study for your final exams during the three-hour break.
Seven violations of the law: 1. Unlawful wage deductions 2. Failure to enroll employees in National Health Insurance
3. Reporting a lower insured salary than the actual salary for National Health Insurance
4. Failure to enroll employees in Labor Insurance for several days
5. Reporting a lower insured salary than the actual salary for Labor Insurance
6. The employer's labor pension contributions were less than 6%
7. Failure to provide double pay for national holidays
The employer had a terrible attitude, made offensive remarks, and refused to repay the money owed. The unpaid wages were not returned until a complaint was filed with the Labor Bureau. I urge everyone not to work for or patronize businesses that violate labor laws and regulations.
