First off, as bad as the system is, there should still be some good colleagues worth striving alongside, but you’ll need to discover them carefully (supervisors don’t count).
1. There is no overtime pay on regular workdays.
2. Overtime pay is rarely provided on holidays (600 per shift—something you can see but never get to enjoy).
3. They will have you do things you never expected (things unrelated to what you studied).
4. There is indeed endless overtime.
5. Salaries haven’t been adjusted for several years.
6. The person who publicly berates people has extremely poor emotional control; I strongly suspect they should see a doctor.
7. The person who undermines you behind your back can cause you to develop emotional-control problems; you may need to see a doctor.
8. The status of men and women is extremely unequal, especially in one particular group, where the imbalance is even more pronounced.
9. There is no meal allowance for business trips.
10. The decent supervisors have all left already.
