Every time, they take advantage of their position to gossip....

They treat other people’s secrets like gossip at a marketplace and spread them everywhere.

Otherwise, they spread company policies that have not yet been announced.

The IT person at my previous company was meticulous about keeping secrets.. I was shocked by this person.
