The interviewer was inexplicably unreasonable. When I asked questions about the contract, they kept repeating themselves and said things like, “You haven’t even started working yet, and you already have so many questions. Do you really intend to learn?” Excuse me, don’t you carefully ask questions before signing a contract with your own name on it? How can someone like that be a manager?

After that, they went on a relentless lecture, clearly intent on humiliating me, bringing up all sorts of irrelevant remarks about how young people nowadays are “strawberries” and can’t endure hard work. The entire half-hour interview consisted of criticizing young people today for being unable to handle hardship and saying they deserve to earn 22K—exactly the kind of remarks you would expect from an exploitative old-school boss. I recommend that everyone not waste their time applying.
