Senior executives speak English, and sometimes you can meet foreign clients.
At my previous company, the salary was 37,000, and my supervisor told me that this was considered very good compensation.
The company offers relatively low salaries to people with capabilities in the industry. If you are serious about developing a career in CNC manufacturing, I recommend looking for a larger company.
During the interview, the supervisor interviewed me first—probably the section manager or team leader from the manufacturing department? Then the supervisor asked an engineer to interview me. However, the engineer seemed hostile, and the atmosphere did not feel right. The engineer did not seem like someone who had graduated from an ordinary university. After looking at my written interview answers, the engineer told their supervisor that my abilities did not meet their requirements.
I can only say that if you graduated from an ordinary university within the past 10 years and work in CNC manufacturing, after meeting that engineer, you would not want to work with him. The atmosphere just did not feel right. The above is solely my personal impression; if I have caused any offense, please be understanding.
