1. The starting salary is low. New sales staff or FAE employees cannot learn the processes in their first year without working overtime, but there is no overtime pay.
2. The company practices reverse selection: many outstanding employees are recruited away or promoted, while those with a strong submissive mentality continue to become frontline supervisors.
3. There are a bunch of inspirational stories and catchphrases to memorize, almost like a religion; without flattering others, it is impossible to get promoted.
4. Whether in the factories or business units, the drinking culture is strong. Taking clients out to have fun is considered more important than working diligently.
