They made it sound great at the briefing, saying that once cleaners applied, the company would provide all the cleaning supplies. But afterward… they kept making things difficult in every possible way. In other words, they expected cleaners to pay out of pocket to purchase them, while the company took the NT$100 cleaning-supplies fee as if it were perfectly justified. When cleaners leave messages about problems, the customer service staff often act as if they are idiots who cannot understand plain speech, and still expect cleaners to speak to them meekly. The company’s public image is built entirely by the cleaners, yet it treats the cleaners on the front line so harshly. Anyone from another cleaning company who is considering joining, please think it through carefully!!!
