As a former employee, I’d like to say a few words on behalf of the company.

It’s not that the company doesn’t give raises to the collection and delivery staff.

I asked current collection and delivery staff,

and the company gives you a NT$1,000 raise once you’ve worked for six months.

The monthly salary is NT$29,000, only NT$1,000 less than the starting salary for the laundry staff.

However, the laundry staff receive two raises after completing six months.

This job involves scheduled days off and rotating day and night shifts.

But NT$28,000 is already quite high.

There are also opportunities for promotion.

Although there was no year-end bonus last year,

the company did give out generous red envelopes of NT$2,000–3,000.

Of the five collection and delivery partners who joined last September or October,

one has already been promoted to team leader!

The other four are still earning NT$28,000,

but I believe they’ll soon receive a NT$1,000 raise.

It’s already very good—the company takes great care of its collection and delivery partners.

The salary is too high; I suggest NT$22,000.
