Interview process: filling out the résumé (about 10 minutes) → group interview (0.0?) → taking turns giving a one-minute self-introduction → company presentation → job duties → bonus system (Huh?) → promotion system
This was probably the interview I have found most off-putting so far. During the interview, the only opportunity anyone had to showcase themselves was that one-minute self-introduction (Am I participating in some kind of dating show?), while everything else consisted of the interviewer explaining the company, going on and on about bonuses, and so forth. After listening to everyone else's self-introductions, it seemed that everyone had applied for different positions, but here is the key point: “The position everyone was actually being interviewed for was the same: telephone marketing” (or you could call it cold-calling). I felt deeply deceived because the advertised job openings (based on their wording) were completely different from the job duties described during the interview. It was simply a waste of an hour. I sincerely suggest that everyone avoid wasting their time!
