Pros
Good salary. The company is bold in its hiring; capable people can be exposed to many things at a young age, allowing them to accumulate experience quickly.
Cons
Work is distributed unevenly, and younger employees have a heavy workload.
As with traditional industries in general, the company has a strong bureaucratic culture and is highly centralized, and it does not value talent. What a pity.
