Originally HP; after the split, HPE is responsible for enterprise software/hardware solutions.
1. Flexible working hours, with no need to work overtime.
2. The environment is very nice, with a coffee machine and a comfortable lounge, as well as fitness equipment (although the space is a bit small).
3. Managers and colleagues are all very easy to get along with. The organization is flat, and there is no infighting.
4. Documentation and email correspondence are all in English.
5. The benefits are very good; you get 12 days of annual leave as soon as you join.
In short: it is a company well worth staying at until retirement.
The company has many layers of hierarchy, and the work is rather monotonous.
