The boss is just another stereotypical boss! When the company isn't making money, they start forcing employees to switch departments, using very underhanded tactics! Once they realize they're short-staffed, they want to call you back—or else hire an assistant!
Job duties and assignments change frequently, making the work unstable! There are few benefits, salaries are difficult to adjust, and even when resigning, you have to pick the right date. If your resignation date falls on a holiday, the company will find all sorts of ways to pay less in labor and health insurance premiums!
