Pros
A lot of internal training, good benefits, and a pleasant internal atmosphere. Free drinks are available.
Cons
Some courses require using your own time outside of work hours to attend, and overtime is the norm.
The company is not small, but its processes and systems are still being established. Directives often come from the top without those below being informed, which is a bit of a shame.
