They won't even give you a glass of water during the interview!
The supervisor didn't show up either; a colleague who was probably from HR came to introduce the job.
They first ask what salary you expect, then tell you that the starting salary is the same whether or not you have work experience. Later, you'll have opportunities to advance based on your abilities, but you don't even know what the supervisor looks like—how are you supposed to know whether they're willing to promote you?
