Senior colleagues are okay and can be consulted when you have questions.

1. The company benefits are not very good. The holiday bonuses are less than NT$1,000... Even the three-day, two-night domestic employee trip requires employees to pay extra based on seniority, so I simply don’t want to go!

2. Every month, 0.5% of your salary is deducted as a welfare fund, but there are basically no benefits or activities. You get NT$500 for your birthday.

3. The boss cancels the year-end party whenever they feel like it and places the greatest emphasis on sales.

4. There is hardly any training. The supervisor is an ill-tempered woman; when you ask questions, she first berates you and makes sarcastic remarks, then decides based on her mood whether to teach you.

5. Overtime is compensated with time off in lieu only.
