If all of the following can be achieved and you do not care too much about the quality of the work produced in your area of expertise, then it is basically acceptable.
The job duties, salary adjustments, performance review calculation, and whether there is an annual bonus must all be clarified with the company in advance!
Base salary + performance review; the workload differs from day to day for different projects (you may be working on two or three projects at the same time), "but" the workload calculation must be discussed clearly. If your limit is 80 points while the industry average only requires 40 points, they will make 80 points your base salary standard, and you will receive performance-based compensation only for anything above 80 points.
The job duties are "not" clearly explained in advance, or there are ambiguous areas, and the overtime never ends.
On average, the workload is roughly two to three times that of others in the industry.
