Convenient parking
Employee benefits are getting worse and worse. The company even withdrew this year's annual leave immediately after announcing it on the intranet in March, leaving employees who joined near the end of the year with no leave available before their employment anniversary this year! It then tried to placate employees by offering advance annual leave!
Moreover, this is not the first time the Administration Department has used surprise tactics against employees. The company's operations are improving, but the benefits provided to employees are getting worse and worse!
Among leading IC manufacturers, only MnNP is unquestionably like this. Since you are so concerned about employees spending this small amount of money, why not remove the “Confidently Trust Others” plaque?
