With a lax work attitude, it is a fairly decent place for those who just want to get by.
The company distinguishes between indirect and direct employees. Indirect employees are all under a responsibility-based work system, but their pay is based on hourly-wage levels; even when working overtime during the Lunar New Year period, they are only given compensatory leave.
The company uses a KPI evaluation system, but it is purely for reference. Department managers have the authority to give someone a score of 0 directly.
The company places unsuitable personnel in important positions. For example, for the PM position, it hired someone who graduated from a language department and had no professional background at all.
