The company benefits are good, with performance bonuses and a high starting salary. The semiconductor industry is genuinely lucrative. There is an employee cafeteria and a gym, and employees can purchase company shares. The company is about to go public and be listed on an OTC market.
1. There are many problematic managers, and managers often have personal conflicts with one another.
2. Some department managers already have favored employees and confidants, making it difficult for newcomers to stand out.
3. The air quality is not very good, as the factory and offices are in the same building.
4. Managers may target and undermine their own subordinates. Even after working there for many years, an employee can still be dismissed on a manager’s arbitrary pretext—such as allegedly showing disrespect toward the manager—while the company emphasizes that the employee resigned voluntarily. Managers are unpredictable and judge your performance based on their mood. For example, they may praise you one day, then suddenly criticize you after a managers’ meeting; it depends on how the manager feels after the meeting.
