Pros

Constant, unchanging struggle training for survival

Those who obey the boss survive;

those who oppose the boss die without a burial place.

Cons

A lot of what I wanted to say has already been said. It’s not that I hope the company will go under, but that it should do what it ought to do.

However, the company has no vision. The boss engages in infighting every day, communication is impossible, the turnover rate is high, there are no systems, there is overtime, and the company atmosphere is terrible.

There are plenty of people at the company who look for new jobs while working. Inaction actually means you won’t be targeted. HR has simply done too much.

On the day of the incident, she proposed enrolling the part-time worker in labor insurance, including arranging coverage for those who had gone uninsured for more than two years. Two hours later, she was fired that same day.

Labor insurance authorities, please come investigate. I hope you can educate the bosses not to exploit employees anymore.

Last year, the boss also said that the part-time workers had only been there a few days and that labor insurance was too expensive, so none of them were insured. Crying for HR, crying for the part-time workers, crying for those who were forced out in the infighting—there are too many innocent people here.
