There are absolutely no advantages.
Cons
The boss loves making grandiose claims and lies without even thinking twice. There are numerous legal disputes with employees and outsourced contractors. Office surveillance cameras and listening devices have been installed, and emails are automatically forwarded to the boss’s inbox.
