Pros
The work environment and benefits look very good.
Cons
Starting salaries do not differ based on educational attainment, but the people there are unpleasant and mostly care only about themselves. They think that after teaching a newcomer once, the newcomer should know everything, and then leave you to figure it out on your own. There are plenty of long-time slackers there.
