Cons
1. Excessive working hours, working more than 8 hours a day, and sometimes more than 10 hours.
2. Failure to comply with the Labor Standards Act's one regular day off and one rest day per week requirement; shifts are assigned rigidly, and additional holiday shifts are sometimes added at short notice, without providing statutory days off or paying overtime.
3. The workplace is not fixed, and the work is not fixed either.
