If you are the general manager’s favorite, you will receive the best treatment.

But don’t celebrate too soon—favorites are usually kicked out by the general manager and treated like garbage before long.

This is a company that is hard to describe; “slave factory” is the best name for it.

The bosses (the general manager is the son, the person in charge is his mother, and there is also his father; occasionally, his older brother appears) have a very strange mindset. They hire foreigners as consultants, making the company appear to be a foreign enterprise on the surface.

But at its core, employees are treated like slaves—and slaves paid meager wages!

Even when they intend to lay you off, they often fail to do so in accordance with the law, so nearly every time an employee is laid off, a labor complaint is filed.

During my short time there, I witnessed several of the general manager’s favorites go from being favored to being mercilessly trampled like garbage. The work content remained the same, yet they were inexplicably demoted or inexplicably pressured to leave. They simply refused to terminate employees cleanly or pay severance.

Although I left quite some time ago, encountering such bosses in life certainly opened my eyes. I’ll just regard it as one of life’s extraordinary experiences.
