The female HR staff had the interviewee fill out forms, wasting time, and then went to notify the interviewer (the general manager) that the interview could begin. Unexpectedly, the female HR staff came back and told me, "The interview is over. Please go home for now. The interviewer has an appointment today and is unable to conduct the interview"...

It really wasted an ordinary person's time. Can't even the basic arrangements for an interview be made?
