1. Once you get familiar with the job, it becomes easy (boring).
2. The relationship among colleagues is fairly harmonious.
1. The pay is very low, the hours are very long, and the job will also take up your break time. You may even leave work late (overtime of less than one hour does not count as overtime; for example, if you work overtime for 59 minutes, it is treated as if you did not work overtime at all).
2. The year-end bonus amounts to one month’s salary, but it is paid in two installments: before the Lunar New Year and on the 10th of the month after the Lunar New Year. If you resign before receiving the second installment, your year-end bonus will be deducted.
3. The company only tells you about the good parts and does not mention the bad parts at all.
