For the positions of graphic designer and developer, the company first proactively invited me to work there. Only after I joined did I discover that there was not even a single graphic designer, let alone any professional designers. Even the development testers were replaced by production-line workers, and the development assistants had been transferred from other departments. There were three assistants—there were more assistants than graphic designers. There were no systems and no consideration for employees; the only thing was constant pressure to work overtime. We even had to work overtime on Saturdays. It was a case of outsiders leading insiders. I resigned after three days.
