There is really nothing good to say about this company. There is no double pay during the Lunar New Year holiday; employees who are absent without leave are not docked pay and can still receive more than the daily wage of those who fill in for them; temporary replacements are also not covered by labor and health insurance or labor pensions; and senior supervisors shift and shirk responsibility.
