1. Most colleagues are nice
The company only manages the progress of HR-related work; as for other tasks, you could say there is no management at all.
You are guaranteed to work overtime the day before an app launch. The earliest you can leave is late at night; on a few occasions, I saw the sun. Leaving at dawn is considered average.
The features released in the app are never the same as the features originally planned.
Before a feature goes live, there is always a chance that the boss will overturn it with a single remark.
The boss’s requirements are the most important—even a punctuation error is considered more serious than customers being unable to use the product.
When the boss is arguing with someone online, the boss may even ask employees to like the comments, claiming that it is to maintain the company’s image.
