Except for the boss, my colleagues were easy to get along with, and I had harmonious relationships with them until I left the company.
The boss is quite emotional and unable to accept others’ opinions. Although the company claims to be a startup and says it encourages employees to express their own views, when it comes to actual discussions, the boss can only discuss things from a self-centered perspective and cannot accept other people’s ideas.
The boss is fickle and changes their mind without warning. After giving instructions in the morning, they may reverse them in the afternoon. Job seekers are advised to consider this carefully.
