Punctual working hours and a five-day workweek
Cons
1. A stereotypical exploitative boss—extremely so, especially toward his own big clients
2. The boss has no principles; he refuses to admit when he is wrong
3. No SOPs, unclear division of responsibilities, and a tendency to take shortcuts
4. The boss is petty and narrow-minded
5. Anyone regarded as an outsider is clearly disadvantaged
6. He tries to save money on everything—even skimping on toilet paper
