The work covers a wide range of areas, providing exposure to a lot of new information.

Often have to act as the PM, responsible for tracking other departments’ progress, but without the authority to help prioritize their work.

Often treated as customer service by other departments—even though we are all R&D staff, I’m expected to act as the customer contact.
