The interview was very stiff and monotonous, consisting of a series of questions and answers. After asking how much I knew about the company, my career plans, my level of understanding of civil engineering, where I thought the difficulties in civil engineering lay, my desired compensation, and preferred work location, they immediately ended the interview, leaving the interviewee no time at all to ask questions.
